Preliminary class action approval - USC

Preliminary class action approval for service workers at the University of Southern California. Carol Gillam and Peggy Farrell have been appointed class counsel to implement a settlement reached on behalf of servers at two on-campus restaurants on USC's main campus. Claim forms will be mailed out in June 2012.
