On July 30, 2012, The Gillam Law Firm brought a class action against G4 Media, Inc. and NBC Universal Media, LLC on behalf of former and current segment, associate, line and field producers of the live television show, "Attack of the Show," over their failure to pay producers all wages owed, intentionally misclassifying some producers, and committing unfair business practices. G4 and NBC have had a consistent practice over the years of keeping "Attack of the Show" woefully understaffed, causing the staff to work 50-70 hours a week without meal or rest breaks or full overtime pay. The case is currently pending in Los Angeles Superior Court. If you have any questions, please contact Carol Gillam or Annette Salazar-Shreibati at (310) 203-9977.
