An African American man is suing Canadian National Railroad for racial discrimination, claiming a noose was displayed in his work area and co-workers referred to him as "colored." Korey Currie of Chicago says he worked less than two months as a trackman for the railroad last year. The lawsuit says the noose was displayed where he worked during the week of July 14, 2008. The supervisor took no action and Currie was later fired after being falsely accused of sleeping on the job, according to the complaint.
